Enviromental Talk
Last monday November 25th we had a talk with our schools enviromental coordinator Luis Hernández to understand how are we affecting our enviroment and how does our school manage this enviromental problems.
Our English Teacher Miss Lybia organized a environmental talk with Luis in order to know how to make our school greener. First, he told us about the water supplies in the world, did you know that 0.01% of water is the want we can drink? so we got to start taking care of it since in a future we won't have enough.
Second, he told us about our environmental conscience and how can we get it and start helping the environment. We got to think that it's all of our fault but mostly others that don't car, the change doesn't start by you it starts by me.
Third, he told us about the types of contamination and the big empires and monopolies that control the world. He told us that this empires or monopolies like Nestle and Coca Cola take advantage of people by bottling water which is expensive in order to get money, they also produce a lot of plastic bottles which contaminate our planet.
Finally, he told us the projects of our environmental committee has in order to make our school greener. Our school has many projects like " Repilo con las pilas" that is a recollection of batteries since they decompose faster and easier than with trash, "Recyelectro" which consist in the recollection of old electronics to reuse their parts that are working, "Ya tengo donde escribir" is the collection of not used papers and cardboard boxes to make notebooks for the less fortunate and finally the use of the leftovers of the cafeteria processed and makes a fertilizer which is the one we use at our garden.
This tips were useful to understand how to make our school greener and better.

5. all students must work on a social work like:

6. If a students misbehaves 3 times in a class he has Detention.
